The service here is unbeatable. We feel so comfortable and relaxed here and the staff cater to every need, always so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are great, with gorgeous views and brilliantly equipped with everything you need. The restaurant in the hotel is also wonderful and the breakfast has the best and widest selection of foods I have ever experienced. All in all, our experience here is always a 10/10. Joseba and his team always make the trip feel special, and we will definitely be back again soon. Amy.

Not a property I would recommend. For the price you pay, you would expect a beautiful hotel, with friendly service and a great room - none of those were true and the property is located 15-20 minute walk from anything, so it is also not a good location.

In general our stay was really good there. The staff when we arrived was amazing. The check-out was slightly less friendly but can’t complain (they were busy with check-ins & checkouts). ! They were very helpful when we asked about bus and how to get to different places. The staff on the rooftop restaurant was amazing too !!!

The spa and rooftop were the only thing close to 4 star. Restaurant/ lack of bar were 3 star at best Went with 2 other couples. They all received wine, upgrades etc. we received nothing.

The hotel was beautiful but above all the service was outstanding, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooftop are was fabulous and the perfect place to view Palma. I would highly recommend the hotel and we will definitely return.

Our stay was stellar on all levels. The staff were superb one if not the best we experienced. The room was excellent, zero complaints. The pool area outstanding, Restaurant outstanding. The only thing that would have made it batter was a microwave in the room and perhaps a little more room in the refrigerator as ‘mini bar’ items dominated space
