Great views and Restaurant

Old style no frills hotel. My room was comfortable and clean . Pool and restaurant is best part of hotel. Staff are all friendly and great. Overall good stay.

Amic Hotel Horizonte

The hotel room was clean a little basic but with everything needed. Views were fab, a fair way out of main area of Palma an hours walk each way. Taxis organised by hotel very efficient and reasonable. Food in hotel was good particularly the BBQ and fairly priced Staff were friendly and helpful

Very comfortable stay. Parking nearby was easy. Good breakfast. Lovely outside space for drinking, eating and relaxing. Only downside was no complimentary tea and coffee in room with the kettle!

Very disappointed!

Not sure where to start! Disappointed throughout the stay…. Room messy and grubby upon check in, TV hanging off the wall (so I had to remove for safety reasons!), safe didn’t work, soap dispensers broken, no AC working, bed not even made properly and sheets not changed. What made it worse is that the staff were unwilling to make anything better, I was always told ‘I’ll let someone know’. Hugely disappointed in this hotel.
