The room and balcony were really nicely presented and clean. I’m British. So no kettle in the room was a shock. But a lovely hotel, close walk to the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Just average

The only good thing I can say about the hotel is that the staff is nice and it’s clean. However, beyond that, I didn’t have a good experience. The pillow and bed quality are poor. The air conditioning is very noisy. The breakfast, in terms of variety, feels more like a 3-star hotel quality. The bakery selection is poor and limited. I expected better from a 4-star hotel. As for the El Arenal area, in one word, it’s terrible and low-quality.

Staff were helpful and friendly. The evening buffet was not worth for 20 Euros at all. Vegetables soggy and poor food quality as if leftovers were being served. Rooms had insects/bugs crawling in ceiling.

Good variety of breakfast and dinner. Staff are great. Bus stop outside hotel was super helpful. Close to beach was great. Loved live songs in bar area. Would have loved a kettle in room to make your own tea/coffee. And for a 4 star hotel would have loved slipper as the tile flooring was too cold.

This is a very nice hotel with everything that you need. The pool is v nice and pool towels are provided. The hotel staff are excellent, very attentive and knowledgeable. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Popular with cyclists. The local public transport is great. Limited local restaurants but this may be due to the time of year.

For us it was a perfect location. Very easy and reliable bus service into Palma. Breakfast was excellent. Some of the guests were not very considerate. Due to the large numbers of cats at the entrance to the hotel it smells of strong urine all the time and inside the hotel! Would we recommend, yes possibly. The cats need to be removed.

The breakfast buffet was great. Our bartender on the lower level bar was excellent, very nice man. Kudos to Maria who happened to check us in and out of hotel. Only professional staff at check-in, she was very helpful, made you feel welcome, and smiled the whole time. Everyone else at the desk were either rude, miserable or didn’t want to be there and we can feel their energy. However, the bed in room was too hard, I had to sleep on the couch. We asked the front desk for another comforter and we never received it. The room was too hot, uncomfortable to sleep at night. However, Supermarket is walking distance and the beach isn’t too far of a walk either.

Very old and unpleasant place with cockroaches in a bathroom. Towels in a bathroom and bed sheets are no longer white color but almost grey. Breakfast was nothing you would want to touch. We stayed only one night to be close to the airport for an early morning flight, but wouldn’t recommend this place even for such a short visit.

Front desk was very welcoming, informative, friendly. Rooms, bathroom, balcony were very clean! Happy with that. Had the ocean view and beaches are a very short walk from the hotel!! Was a quiet neighbourhood for good sleep. Need a car otherwise have to take the bus to old town which takes around 40 min and uncomfortably packed with tourists. Use google maps as there are multiple bus stops to get to old town. On checkout day, I took the bus which stops right in front of the hotel with my luggage to the mall by the airport and they have free luggage storage!! Spent the afternoon shopping before continuing to bus to airport and fly out.

Price is too high for the offered services 1. Sauna isnt clean with broken banches and deartt floor ,dirty doors. Visitors are doing what they want ,including breaking the rules,but the stuff doesn't react even after being asked to react 2. Room cleaning isnt good. After cleaning the room,still was dirty 3. The lower shower was broken and was liking, even after stuff was informed, withing a week ,nothing has been done 4. During the breakfast, most of stuff doesn't speak english,so asking any question wasn't able to get any answer.
