Want to get away from it all? Enjoy the heat and outdoors while in the beautiful and sunny Palm Desert area. Come enjoy your vacation in this private single story 3 bedroom 3 bath (each bedroom with their own bath) condo with a great view of the lake and golf course. There are no neighbors above you! The floorplan is excellent for multi generational or couples use as no bedroom shares a common wall with another and each has its own bathroom. There is a 2 car private garage that is accessed through your private patio in the front. Palm Valley Country Club is a 24 hour guard gated community and one of the premiere clubs in the area. It is centrally located to the freeway, shopping areas, golf courses and restaurants. There are 3 pools within a short walk of the unit that you can use. Come and see why this community is nicknamed the "Fun Club"... Although there are no taxes for a stay of 28 nights or longer, vrbo has no way to remove the taxes from the quote when you see it on line. However, I can remove it prior to booking or refund it back to you as soon as you do a Book it Now. Thanks for considering our property! City of Palm Desert license#STR2018-0245. Weather conditions can change quickly in the desert. Sand storms are known to occur occasionally and strong winds are not uncommon. However, winds are typically not a problem in Palm Valley CC. Summers experience extreme heat well over 100 degrees. Please prepare accordingly. We have a monthly extermination service to keep the desert bugs in check. The golf course typically closes down for re seeding anywhere from late September - early November and late April - early May. This schedule varies depending on weather conditions and timing of the club. Club is private and not available to guests typically. Please call me with any questions.

The condo was very clean with everything we needed for our stay. Neal was very quick to respond and answered any questions we had. The lake view was absolutley lovely and the pool wasn't far away. We would definitly stay here again.

We booked this property for a July 4th weekend getaway with our parents. It is perfect for 2 couples as it has two complete, private Master Suites, each with their own bathroom & tub or shower. The primary MBR has a view out to the golf course. The 3rd bedroom is quite spacious & has access directly into a 3rd bathroom/shower.The living room is large, has high vaulted ceilings, also with a view out over the golf course; and the furniture is really cool 'retro' 60's & 70's. Spacious kitchen with all you need to prepare & cook meals. The entire space was very clean & well maintained.The property is in a really nice, well-kept, security-controlled neighborhood & is very quiet at night.We will DEFINITELY book this property again in the future!

We loved our stay at this property...the 3 bedrooms were perfect for two couples and 4 sets of golf clubs! Furniture was all very comfortable and hosts were attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Place for a Getaway

We've stayed in Palm Valley Country Club before and this location is fantastic! Neal was a wonderful property manager and made the check-in process so easy. We absolutely loved staying here and hope to be back very soon!
