Fresh, spacious, and beautifully reimagined, this classic 1948 Palm Springs cottage has been transformed for modern indoor–outdoor living. The open concept floor plan features soaring vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, and walls of glass that frame stunning mountain views. Both bedrooms have private ensuite baths. The resort-style pool yard is all about relaxing in the Palm Springs sunshine. Prime walk-to-town location close to Ruth Hardy Park and just one mile to Downtown Palm Springs and the Uptown Design District.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The very private yard features an inground all-in-one Spool (pool/spa combo) with jets, surrounded by lounge chairs, a built-in BBQ station, mature citrus trees, grass, and iconic mountain views—a true Palm Springs resort vibe. The perfect spot to live the good life.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The Primary Suite features a King bed, flat-screen TV, ample storage, and a private ensuite bath. The Guest Suite includes a Full bed and its own ensuite bath. A bonus sunroom sleeping area off the pool offers a Twin daybed—ideal for an overflow guest or an afternoon nap—and easy access to the hall powder room.

Driving is optional at Boho Rhapsody. Located in central El Mirador, you’ll be less than a mile from Ruth Hardy Park, the Palm Springs Convention Center, and Palm Canyon Drive in the Uptown Design District—home to boutiques, galleries, dining, and coffee shops. Two full-service shopping centers with grocery stores and neighborhood essentials are just a few blocks away. Walkable, convenient, and perfectly placed for a classic Palm Springs vacation.

Great Location

Loved the layout, design and location of this property. The backyard is divine, and kitchen has ample room for cooking etc. the beds were very comfy and plenty of linens. The bathrooms /pipe system could use some real TLC though. I do understand maintaining the charm of an older home, but the bathroom(s) water pressure and faucet systems do not match the price point. Overall lively home and had a great time!

Very disappointed with house. It definitely did not live up to listing. Ended up with major plumbing issues. We could no longer stay there. Feel fortunate that Acme Housing stepped up &. Gave us 4 beautiful homes to choose from for our remaining stay.

Boho Rhapsody

The property is charming and simple and very clean and has an amazing yard and kitchen. I would stay again as it is quiet and well located and perfect for 2-4 people. My only challenge was the front door code lock . It never worked correctly and finally would not open at all so we had to call the management at 10 pm to get in .They were very responsive and handled the challenge immediately. A ggreat place to stay in the desert.

Great Get-away

Property was nice and clean. Very quiet, well stocked. Instruction to open drive way gate was outdate as there is no code to access drive way. You have to do it by hand. No problem there. All other access is backwards as the handle to open outdoor space is the opposite way as it is listed on the door. The pool spa is not what its suppose to be but it was lovely to use the pool. Everything else was great! I would love to go back there again!

What an amazing property

We really enjoyed Boho Rhapsody! We loved the location, the house and amenities and the welcoming touches that were provided. The property is a personal oasis and perfect for many occasions. We would love to revisit in the future and would highly recommend!

A truly relaxing boho retreat

We rented this house for a short family vacation and we all really had a great time! The house was truly a boho retreat, providing a relaxing, tranquil oasis. We enjoyed the pool with lovely lemon tree in the backyard. There were many birds to enjoy. There was a hummingbird nesting during our stay, so cute! We really appreciated the abundance of robes and towels provided. The wonderful body products provided throughout the house were also greatly appreciated. The swinging chair in the living room was a big hit! Because of city bylaws, we could not play music outside, but we survived. Not a place to come and get loud, but a place to truly relax. Washrooms are original, but fine, don't expect modern. One thing, please get a proper tea kettle!

Good house, nice location. Simple 20 minutes walk from the Main Street of Palm Springs.

The photos accurately show the house interior. We stayed 10 days and my wife & me loved our stay. Very efficient service with ACME, the company taking care of the house. They fixed the pool thermostat within a few hours. The warm water was nice in the cool days around the new year Jan 1st, 2023

Wonderful House - Full of Character

Enjoyed our stay very much. The entire process was easy and helpful. So much character in the house and it had everything we needed. Pool was one of the main reasons we came (our 3 year old son is in swimming lessons and we don’t own a pool). It was the perfect size, temperature, and was very safe. Would stay here again!! Wonderful getaway from the city life.

Just what we were looking for.

My girl and I really wanted to just soak in a pool, drink cocktails, and watch the fights (that last one's just me). We brought our pupper and he loved roaming the backyard. The saltwater pool was perfect for lounging. It'd be nice if palm springs didn't have such a crazy, outside noise ordinance but we kept our tunes to a low level, limited bass and didn't have any issues. The inside of boho rhapsody is amazing. The big beautiful bar was perfect for preparing meals, making drinks, and playing our mini shuffleboard game. The couch was comfortable for lounging, while watching TV/movies when it got a bit too hot on the first day (115+*!). I brought my firetv stick so I was able to access all my stuff easily, both in main and bedroom. The wifi was great. No issues streaming, even in the backyard. My birthday wish was to watch the fights in the pool, and I was able to w my laptop. The flat top grill was awesome and perfect for our needs. Sliders, brats, and even an egg/bacon breakfast. We did run out of propane unfortunately but luckily the sliders were just finished and ACME was quick to bring replacements. They also provided a treat/toy box for the lil dude that was a nice surprise. Will definitely stay again and use ACME properties in the future when available.

Noise ordinance was ridiculous

Location of property did not feel safe. Issues with one of the restrooms the "noise ordinance" was extremely strict. You cannot listen to music or have conversations while out in the pool $500 fine. It made it hard to relax and enjoy family time.

Great for small family togetherness

We met our adult children for a long weekend in Palm Springs. The house was just what we wanted, room for the four of us. An open area and large kitchen to gather in at the start and end of the day. A pool that was just perfect for relaxing in at the end of the day. The manager was excellent before during and after or visit.

Cute house, great vibes!
