THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking available for 3 vehicles.

• The private pool and spa can be heated for an additional cost of $100/day. $65/day for spa only. Must be added for full duration of stay. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance if you would like pool heat.

• If you are bringing a pet - the pet fee is not included in this total price. An additional fee of $35/day per pet will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum of 1 pet can be brought to the unit. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
