Gouging on heated pool and spartanly furnished

This was a very nice, clean home in a location that worked well for us. It felt like gouging, though, for owner to charge 150 per day (more than it costs him) to heat the pool, and this tainted our stay. Kitchen was lacking in key elements (like table knives and baking pans). The house overall was spartanly furnished. This made sense after we learned the house has been on the market and has possibly just been sold. Communication with owner was difficult at first.

Perfect Stay in Palm Springs!

The house was even better than expected with everything we needed for an ideal vacation. We went to watch tennis while our kids and grandkid stayed at the house chillin' by the heated pool. Great to come back after a long day and have a comfortable place to relax in. Great views and great amenities made for a great part of our vacation. Will definitely stay here again!
