Staff was helpful and our room was clean however we did experience an unusual experience with our bed. Under the covers was wet but we didn’t do anything to cause the bed to be wet, it was like that upon arrival. It was late at night when we discovered the issue so we couldn’t call the front desk but we hope that issue can be resolved for the future.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. We barely slept!! Only gave us one wash cloth, then they took it and the front desk didn't have any. Had to wait a while only to be delivered regular towels. Only allows alcohol from hotel, but it was $20 a drink. Adult bar was closed. Charges a resort fee for a motel. There were no resort features. Sadly this MOTEL did not meet our expectations.

Booking said balcony view but the view instead was the back of the pool bar building. Most other main floor rooms have enclosed patios, or the second floor rooms offer views of the pool - so not sure how this happened. The bed was literally the worst I have ever experienced - it was so beaten down, it was in terrible shape. It’s too bad because this hotel is in a great location and has good pools. Unfortunately over the years I have been going, the pool side chaise cushions have become very worn down - with several shredded and or with holes in them. When the hotel is charging a daily resort of $29 USD, they really should be putting that money into maintaining the pool deck areas better.

There were mosquitos in our room, housekeeping entered our room when we were already checked in and did not knock, I was half naked and had to yell at them to please leave. There was also loud construction in the morning when we woke up. Very disruptive and disturbing. Won’t be coming back.
