Hotel cam use some upgrades. Floor was soaked in front of bathroom. Ac didn't get very cold. Tv didn't work kept going blank on screen. No ice In the ice machine. No communication among the staff. Paid extra for late check out and had 3 people knock on door and 2 open door.

Roach motel

I was happy to get a good price. The handicap accommodations were barely sufficient. I found several baby roaches swarming on my travel bag and more in the sink and shower/tub. The shower hose leaked and sprayed water flooding the floor. I very machines were not working in118 degrees Plus is there is a small refrigerator in the room. Dissatisfied with this hotel.

Always enjoy my stay staff here is always accommodating and helpful for the money i pay this fits perfect in my budget and will continue to return in the foreseeable future only on complaint i always get late checkout but housekeeping never seems to know that lol. But other than that rooms just right for me

Only gave 2 stars because the staff was nice. The first room I was given had tiny roaches everywhere. I told the front desk and they switched my room but they definitely have a bug problem in general as there were a lot of ants and spiders that I saw as well. I didn’t see any roaches in the second room they put me in, but if you have them in one room, you most likely have them in the entire complex. There’s also about an inch of space between the door frame and the bottom of the door leading to the outside which isn’t safe and also contributes to the bug problem. The building was just really old and seemed to be falling apart and didn’t look anything like the photos online. Front desk staff was really nice and it was a cheap stay but the roach problem is unacceptable. If it wouldn’t have been 1am when I noticed the issue I probably would have asked for a refund and found a different hotel.
