I’ll be blunt – this place is a dump. Unfortunately, I didn’t read the reviews prior to booking my room. I thoroughly love Palm Springs and enjoyed my time there, but the uncomfortable and filthy hotel room kind of brought the whole trip down. This horror show of a hotel is not worthy of association with hotels.com. The hotel staff, on the other hand, were relatively helpful. I think they must know that they’re working at a flea trap and simply trying to cope. In closing, I wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to stay at this roach motel. You’ve been warned.

Great hotel for the price. Rooms could use renos as they are showing their age, but have stayed here a couple times now and would again. Friendly staff, great pool and hot tub, security on site at night, no complaints.

Our room was infested with cockroaches!! Staff said they couldn’t help us because the manager wasn’t there. They also lied to Expedia saying we checked out after our stay. We got another hotel that same night somewhere else. Dirty hotel next to abandoned buildings.

First room had urine on the floor, second room was infested with cockroaches to the point that they were crawling all over the furniture and our bags of clothes. We left after 1 night on a three night booked stay. Have not received reimbursement on the stay even after going to Expedia who told us that the hotel had to approve the refund. We will be contacting local pest controls and health board as we have been patient in this matter and it still unresolved.
