Welcome to TramView! In 1962, this was the model home for an exciting new Palm Springs neighborhood called Tram View Estates, which took full advantage of the area’s view of Chino Canyon and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. As the popularity of Palm Springs as a winter destination grew, this neighborhood with its quintessential California ranch-style homes - focused on indoor-outdoor living - helped fill the need of those wanting their own vacation home in the desert. OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The outdoor spaces at TramView are many and include an outdoor wet bar, kitchen, gas BBQ, and a 6-person outdoor dining table under a shaded pergola. Beyond all that, you’ll find a crystal-blue, pebble-tech pool and spa surrounded by beautiful mature landscaping and set under a gorgeous view of San Jacinto Peak and the famous Palm Springs Tramway. You can catch the sun on a chaise lounge or simply float in the pool.

** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. If you home has a spa or hot tub, heating the spa is included with your rental at no extra cost **

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
In your vacation home in the desert, take advantage of all the space and comfort this home offers. Enter into a bright and well-appointed living room with lots of seating, a 62” smart TV, and a cool electronic fireplace. The dining room, adjacent to the living room and open to the kitchen, features a retro dining set seating six and overhead and a midcentury mod chandelier.

The remodeled and fully stocked kitchen features newer appliances and everything you need to cook for your friends and family. Glass sliding doors open into the breezeway with a fabulous shaded outdoor living room with sectional seating, vintage 70’s cone fireplace, and breeze block wall - a nod to this home’s midcentury roots.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Back inside are two comfortable guest bedrooms, each with a pillow-top queen bed and 40” smart TV. Across the hall the guest bedrooms share a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Adjacent, the large primary suite has a plush king bed, large closet, 40” smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom, complete with walk-out access to an outdoor shower and pool courtyard. All rooms include newly designed closets by California Closets. This classic home in the Racquet Club neighborhood has the indoor/outdoor living experience Palm Springs was built around! THE LOCATION
Vista Norte is a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by mountains and is just a quick drive to the dining, shops, and art galleries of Palm Springs. Nearby Palm Canyon Drive is a busy strip of restaurants of every taste, museums, and theaters. Vista Norte offers grocery stores, coffee shops, and Victoria Park, which has a great playground for the kiddos to get their wiggles out.
