The staff and services were delightful. The room was a little worn. Specifically, the shower head and tub spout were coming out of the wall, the shower tile finish was peeling, and the connection between the floor and the tub edge as well as all the walls was icky. Also, the pool edges need some TLC

The staff was friendly and the pool was exceptional! We enjoyed the heated pool as it rained over us that first night. The next day, before checking out, we had to extend our stay for a few hours, and the front desk was able to accommodate, so thank you guys for that. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the breakfast, but I know for a fact that we'll be back.

When we got there, the check-in front desk was across the street. We didn’t know until we got there so we had to put the luggage back in the car. It wasn’t bad, just would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. (We arrived around 6:00-ish.) Bathroom window was not up to par with most of the property. In order to use the TV, I had to figure out what to do with 3-4 remote controls. It was cumbersome and unnecessary in 2026. Other than that, it was fine for a one night stay.
