We are just 2-3 miles from downtown Palm Springs. Uber is readily available, as are walking, bike rentals, and the city bus. We have eight off-street parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is also plenty of free street parking on Grenfell Rd.

In accordance with 🌴 Palm Springs city regulations, all guests are required to complete a Virtual Check-In and sign a Vacation Rental Rules Acknowledgement form prior to arrival. The Muse Hotel will contact you to manage these requirements after your booking is finalized.

☼ Pet Policy:
Up to two pets are welcome per room. Pre-approval is required with an additional fee of $100 for the first pet and $25 for the second pet per stay. Unapproved pets will result in a $500 fine per pet. All pets must be taken off hotel grounds for relief, and waste must be disposed of in proper containers. Pets should never be left unattended.

☼ Parking:
Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis with 8 spots provided onsite. Street parking is also available.

Nighttime hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. Please consider moving indoors after 10 pm. If you choose to be outside, please be considerate of the neighbors and use indoor voices.

☼ POOL TIME: Enjoy our relaxing poolside retreat. Pool time is one of the most popular activities to enjoy in Palm Springs. Pool hours are from 8 AM-10 PM daily.

☼ CANCELLATION POLICY
Direct Bookings:
Cancel anytime up to 48 hours before check-in, minus a 5% processing fee. For cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, a one-night penalty will apply.
Please note: All refunds will be subject to a 5% processing fee.
Other OTA Bookings (Expedia, VRBO):

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of this property. We’ve installed a Wynd smoke detector in each room, which detects recreational smoke. If any guest violates this policy, a $500 fee will be charged. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all our guests!
