I should have known better when there were no photos of the rooms. It was intended for a quick two night stay. Upon entering the room it had an odor, the room was dirty as well as the bathroom. Dirty walls and baseboard and unsure if linens were clean or repurposed. It was loud outside and in adjoining rooms that kept us up at night. We did not stay past the one night and while I checked out early I am still waiting on a refund for the 2nd night.

The worst experience here is so nasty!! The rooms had so many animals hairs dusty plus all nasty sheets with pop stains on them…. They didn’t have maids to clean my rooms was not what I had ordered I had booked two together rooms and I had them moved and far from each other. The whole building was dirty and windowsill was dirty and more I can’t believe all i experienced here they also didn’t have the room ready by 2 check ins I was late to check in arrival was at 4pm and didn’t have the rooms even ready to check in…. I’ll NEVER forget this day and will NEVEr book here again!!!! Nasty nasty nasty!!!!! Omg I’m so impressed

made reservations through hotel.com. staff couldnt find confirmed reservation. was supposed to have a ground floor room, gave me an upstairs room and the room was broken down and unclean. furniture tattered, curtain off the rack, telephone non operational, floors filthy, tv not operational and cracked and taped. Even the parking lot was dirty with beer cans. The worst site I have ever stayed at with Hotels.com. I would remove this listing if I were Hotel.com rep. I could go on and on. I moved out after the first night and asked for a refund, even though I had a 3 day stay paid for. Pictures do not accurately reflect the horrific condition of this location. it was like a crack house, nothing close to the pictures.

Rooms are disgusting. Every sheet blanket and towel had stains. There was 3 of us and a roll away cot was offered at 25$ a day and it ended up being a camping cot that also had multiple stains on the mattress. The bathroom was atrocious and the shower curtain was also stained severely. Aside from the two brothers that manned the counter who were helpful and super cool, this hotel is incredibly gross.

Positives- all staff was very nice and helpful. Areas for improvement - the facility and rooms need a lot of work. Broken lights, plugs, card reader to door, tv didn’t work, stove top was shattered, stains on walls (don’t want to know), broken, worn out furniture and so much more. Got what we paid for.

Just terrible in all aspects. The facility is ran down, needing a lot of maintenance. Assigned us to a room three different times, each time went up and entered a room room somebody was already staying in!!! finally got a room with nobody in it on the fourth try . The key cards for the rooms rarely worked. Had to walk down to the front desk and have them come open the manually open the door majority of the time (several people staying we’re having the same issue). Continental breakfast options was coffee, sunny delight , toast, orange, banana and a granola bar. I would rather sleep in my vehicle then stay at this facility again

I was told the payment system was down and I needed to use the ATM and pay cash for my stay. Instead we canceled my reservation and I rebooked theough expedia so I could pay online. Staff at (early) checkout also seemed like they didn't know what they needed to do.
