Guest Access:

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire property, including the house, private backyard, pool, hot tub, and game room. Self check-in is simple and convenient via a keyless entry system. On-site parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles in the driveway.

In compliance with City of Palm Springs regulations, the primary renter must provide a copy of a government-issued ID, submit the license plate numbers for all vehicles parked at the property, and sign a required rental agreement prior to check-in; all adult occupants must also confirm that they have read the City’s Good Neighbor Brochure. *Verification and contracts are submitted through an alternate page called SuiteOp after confirmation of reservation**



*** SECURITY DEPOSIT *** THE SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD IS $1999 ($2499 for reservations exceeding 28-days) AND WILL BE PROCESSED 5 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN/ARRIVAL AND RETURNED 7 DAYS FROM THE DAY OF CHECK-OUT TO ALLOW POST INSPECTION OF PROPERTY FOR CLEARANCE OF CONDITIONS (Does not apply to Airbnb reservations)***



*** Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.



***Pool Heating: ***

Optional pool heating is available for a fee of $99 per night and must be reserved for a minimum of 2 consecutive nights. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice before your arrival to ensure the pool is heated for your stay.



***CANCELLATION POLICY:** Payment and cancellation terms depend on who collects your accommodation payment. APEK does not add a card-processing cancellation deduction to accommodation payments collected by Airbnb, Booking.com, or another booking channel; your booking channel's confirmed cancellation policy applies. For direct bookings and current Vrbo reservations where APEK collects the accommodation payment, the existing 5% service charge on refunds for non-refundable credit card processing fees continues to apply. The following refund terms apply only to those APEK-collected bookings under this policy:

* 100% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.

* 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.

* No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in."



* For Kids: A highchair and a Pack ‘n Play are available upon request at no extra charge.



*** ADDITIONAL CLEANING REQUIREMENTS: *** To maintain the exceptional condition of the home, reservations of 45 consecutive nights or longer require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning at $150.00 per service (linen laundering not included), in addition to the departure cleaning fee. If a mid-term reservation is extended and becomes subject to this requirement, the applicable cleaning fee(s) will be added accordingly and reflected on the guest's final post-checkout invoice.
