Pool Heating (Optional)

Available for $109 per night, the pool can be heated to 83°F. Please request 24–48 hours in advance to ensure it’s ready for your stay.

The primary occupant making the reservation must be at least 25 years old. By proceeding with the reservation, a valid ID will be required to be uploaded. A lease agreement must be signed accompanied by a government-issued ID (driver's license, ID card, passport...) after the confirmation of the reservation and prior to the arrival.



Things to note about the pool & outdoor spaces

To maintain the Villa's top-notch condition, our pool cleaner will swing by the property every Wednesday and Saturday between 7:00AM-1:00PM. Likewise, our gardeners will make their rounds on either Mondays or Tuesdays, from 8 am to 5 pm. Please be aware that they will access the Villa without prior notice to guests.
