We’ve been coming to Shadow Mountain for over 9 years and love it every time. The villas are clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with kitchenware. The beds are comfortable, the amenities are clean and well maintained, and the customer service is always outstanding. It’s a wonderful place to stay, and we highly recommend it.

The unit was perfect for a weekend getaway. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. If staying in Palm Desert, I highly suggest this location compared to the other big name resorts. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, there are pickleball courts, tennis courts and a golf course. The highlight of my trip is always the giant figure 8 swimming pool. 10/10 recommend this resort!

We rented two Villas. They were both clean, comfortable and private. Very quiet resort and lots of Amenities. Only down side was our two villas were not next to each other so the larger group was a bit split up. Great quiet and restful stay - highly recommend this resort.

Be ready for a large pool. Largest pool I have seen in the Palm area. They leave some blow up toys in your room, no sorry I meant the pool for your enjoyment. The blow up toys in the room were from somewhere completely different. Also other families kind of migrate together to enjoy a deep conversation about soccer, booze, ceviche, and bbq steaks. All in all good trip, good location. Oh and the golf course behind with the bar open til 9 I think, I forgot what time I stayed there til but it obviously did the trick as I woke up in my room with a small headache and a smile ready to do it again.

I was there with my sister, and we were very happy staying at this property. The room was clean and comfortable will stay again roomy and convenient with kitchen and all the amenities. As for staff front desk clerks were nice we really didn't need anything to get to know them how helpful they are but they were nice to sign us in and give us the keys. As for bar we didn't see any activities in that area it was closed all the time we were there. The pool has duck poop we didn't get in.
