We initially had some trouble with the gate code but it was quickly resolved and Carl the concierge was friendly and helpful. We arrived to find lots of treats and wine, which was a nice touch and always greatly appreciated! The condo worked well for our 12 day stay, however we found the bathroom is small for 2 people for that length of stay. We loved being on the Prescott preserve and could hear coyotes at night, otherwise the setting is very quiet, away from the main road, which was great. There are 2 patios -one for sun and one for shade depending on the time of day, which was also great. We enjoyed walks on the preserve and seeing the turtle ponds. The condo is furnished nicely, though the chairs in the living room and dining room squeak. The TV in the LR is kind of small. Maybe we wouldn't have been so noticeable except we were there during th Olympics. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had everything we needed for meal preparation, including use of the grill. The pool and hot tub area is nice but no umbrellas. Also, surprisingly we did not see a shower at the pool area and toward the end of our stay the hot tub was very cloudy and not welcoming. Maybe because it was a holiday weekend. We were very excited to find 2 pickleball courts in the complex, right behind the condo which we used several times. We enjoyed our stay!
