A mid-century home built around a private pool and spa. The open living area has a plush sofa, a fireplace, a smart TV and patio access, the indoor dining table seats six, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a blender and coffee maker.



Primary bedroom: Queen bed, smart TV and en-suite bath.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, dresser, closet and patio access.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed.

Bathrooms: 2 full baths with towels and essentials.

Comfort: washer and dryer in the home and central AC.



Outside, there's the private pool and spa, a furnished patio with loungers, a covered dining patio and a gas BBQ.



Guest Access:

The entire home is yours, including all the bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen and the indoor and outdoor living areas.



Check-in is keyless and self-serve, and there's driveway parking for up to two vehicles.

Demuth Park is a quiet South Palm Springs neighborhood full of mid-century modern homes, and it's a great base for exploring the desert.



Local essentials, including Walmart and grocery stores: 5 minutes

Downtown Palm Springs shops, galleries, restaurants and nightlife: about 10 minutes

Hiking trailheads: 10 to 15 minutes

Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore Palm Springs and the wider Coachella Valley. There's driveway parking for two vehicles, and street parking isn't allowed. Palm Springs International Airport is about 5 to 10 minutes away, rideshare runs throughout the area, and the quiet Demuth Park streets are pleasant for a walk.

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

Yes - the home has a private pool and spa for the exclusive use of guests. The pool can be heated to a maximum of 82°F, which is a comfortable swimming temperature rather than spa-hot. Please note the pool is not gated or locked, so children should be supervised at all times.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

Pool heating is $60 per day, capped at $1,000 per month, and needs at least 24 hours' notice so we can check the system before you arrive. Spa heating is complimentary.



★ What is the parking situation? ★

There is driveway parking for up to two vehicles. The HOA does not allow street parking, and violations risk a fine of $200 or more as well as towing, which guests are liable for.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Unfortunately not - we are unable to accept pets at this property.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - community quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

Keyless self check-in means arrival is flexible. We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. This is a residential community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



Please note that there is no carbon monoxide alarm at the property.



The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.

NON-SMOKING POLICY: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property or on the premises, including the garden and outdoor areas. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the street, away from the house.
