- Bunk Room: Double bed plus single bunk, 36" smart TV, and ample closet space perfect for the little ones. Shares a bathroom with the couple's suite.

The house is approximately a 10-minute drive from the airport. While some guests have noted occasional airplane noise, most find it to be a minor concern and not disruptive to their stay. It's something to consider as you plan your visit.

The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is Desert Park Estates which is a residential area, about 8-10 minutes from downtown Palm Springs or the airport. Please note : this home and the hundreds of homes around this neighborhood is in the flight path of the Airport. On certain days, flights will be heard landing and taking off from the airport.



Getting Around:

Parking is pretty easy as well as Uber/Lyft



Other Things to Note:

1. Checkout is at 10am because of the time it takes to fully prepare the house for incoming guests. Check-in is at 4pm. If we do not have same day guests, we can offer an early check-in / late check-out for up to 3 hours for $40.

2. Guest count must be accurate, as pricing varies based on the number of guests.

3. Dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $150 per dog per stay. Maximum of 2.

4. No smoking anything inside the house

5. Please be considerate of the neighbors. We have full-time residents all around us.

6. Please remove shoes in the house.

7. Pool heating has a cost of $100 per day, 2 days minimum. Please let us know in advance so we can have the pool fully heated for you. Spa heating is complimentary.

8. The City of Palm Springs requires : Submitting ID, Signed Renter's Agreement and the responsible guest must be at least 21 years of age.

The house had plenty of room and was well stocked with dishes and all necessary household supplies. The outdoor space was great and the pool and jacuzzi were wonderful. The living room furniture was not very comfortable and the sofa was very low and difficult to get out of. The coded door entry stopped working and even after changing the batteries several times, it wouldn’t function. The host sent Mat over and he gave us a key to use when entering or leaving the house. The most annoying aspect of our stay was the aircraft noise. While it was mentioned in the reviews prior to our arrival,it was fairly constant and very loud. The host was very responsive and the VRBO messaging system was very convenient and efficient.

This home truly had every detail thoughtfully planned. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, and there were plenty of clean, fluffy towels provided. The pool and spa area were perfect — from cool mornings soaking in the hot tub with a good book and a hot cup of coffee, to relaxing afternoons laying out in the sun on the comfortable lounge chairs. For those of you who want to workout rather the lounge by the pool no worries the garage is ready for you.The location was ideal, just a short drive to the store and the downtown area. The host was wonderful and very responsive, with quick response times. We would absolutely stay here again! We would recommend this home one note it is in the flight path of the airport but it really isn’t that busy and didn’t bother us.

This vacation was very relaxing, and this property was the perfect home base for exploring Palm Springs. The house was spacious and well-appointed. We could lounge at the great backyard pool or on the couch watching TV when we were not discovering the destination. The master suite was a great size, allowing both of us to get ready easily. Since there was a keypad, we didn't have to remember keys to access the house.Our host was a great communicator and super responsive.The location was great - not right in downtown but only a short drive away. The only challenge was some noise bleed from the airport, but this was infrequent.Palm Springs has so much to offer. Great restaurants - both fine dining and casual, coffee spots, culture - PS Art Museum and Agua Caliente Cultural Center, and outdoor activities like hiking in Indian Canyon. We spent 11 days in the destination and only scratched the surface.We would totally stay at this house again.

Second time staying at this house. Great pool and hot tub. Kitchen is very spacious for cooking. Only thing I wish they would update is the patio furniture. Cushions are showing wear.
