Ramon Estados is a great condo community is central Palm Springs on 10 acres. There are 134 condos with units from 13 bedrooms. The Ramon Estados offers two large pools, two spas, a gym, a sauna, 4 lighted tennis courts, a game room, and barbecues.

The condo is on the second floor featuring a vaulted ceiling, private terrace with views of the mountains and the landscaped grounds. Interior design is style is 1980s desert spa (see the photos and that will make sense!) . Full kitchen, plenty of storage and central air! Community is quiet and gated. Rental comes with additional storage unit if needed.

Please note, this is a 30 day+ rental property.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please put used linens and towels in the laundry basket.
Make sure set of keys/fob/clicker are in the orange leather dish by the front door. Please make sure the extra front door key in the lockbox is still there. You only need to lock the security door.
When outside temp is over 78 degrees, please set thermostat at 78. If outside temp is under 78 degrees, please turn thermostat off.

We had a great stay. Host left clear instructions and was easy to communicate with. Unit location was fantastic. Decor was light and welcoming. Balcony was dreamy for morning coffee. Kitchen was fully stocked with all items needed for full meal prep.

Spacious condo in great location

This condo is located in a well-maintained complex close to downtown Palm Springs. A grocery store, restaurants, and other amenities are within a short walk. The condo has everything you need for a long stay: pool towels, full set of cookware, sharp knives, etc. The bed has a comfortable memory foam mattress and the bathroom vanity has plenty of space/storage. We enjoyed the unit and would stay there again.

Clean, Cozy and Chic

Adam's place is a true gem. The location is convenient to downtown and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and groceries. The condo has all utensils and equipment you could need for a month's stay or more. The people in the complex are quite pleasant and friendly. Adam is very responsive and professional. Would definitely recommend.
