the room was clean however, this is an older location and the wear and tear was very obvious. the shower head had a crack where is connected to the hose. this was the roll in shower and when a shower was taken, the water pooled everywhere on the floor. I either had to "sweep" the water to the drain or just let it dry ( which would take hours). Otherwise, the location was great and for just a bed and a shower, it was adequate for my stay

The hotel room was nasty. The beeding was not changed from previous guest ( there was hair on the bedding and bed sheets looked dirty) and the sink and shower had hair all over, plus curtain shower and floor were disgusting. On top of that the room had a horrible urine and cigarette smell.

The staff was excellent. Very very helpful and responded to requests. However, they can't seem to control (how can you control people who don't follow rules unless actually seen doing it) people smoking in rooms. Our room smelled of heavy cigarette smoke :( I gave it two tries but it seems that when we are assigned ground floor rooms there is a very potent cigarette smell. I don't think I will book again unless guaranteed an upper floor room (which I remember being better smell wise). I want to stress the staff is very good. They respond quickly to any issues they can actually see (prove). Thank you.

The staff and the pool were the best parts of this property. Our room was smelly and the the floor was super dirty. The shower and sink sprayed water all over the bathroom everytime we used them. They were sold out and already moving guests due to a plumbing problem so I didn't request to be moved. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating for everything else. The pool is amazing clean and freshing.

Can some investor please buy and reburb this hotel

Black mold all over the ceiling in our bathroom was a real concern. I'm guessing the is because the exaust fan was not working, but it could have also been related to a bad ceiling repair after I'm guessing the upstairs toilet leaked through the floor. A guest with I'm assuming a very large dog was upstairs from us and the dog was obviously left alone two of the nights till very late as he just ran back and forth accross the floor and jumped up and down from the beds. First night he didn't calm down till sometime after 2am and the second night it was after midnight. Called office the second night to complain, but I'm unconvinced it helped.

They never gave me room service when I asked for it. They were rude. They let people smoke in the rooms and it smells up other rooms with drugs and cigarettes. Very dirty rooms and dirty towels.

DON’T! Usually I don’t write bad reviews, I just don’t go back. This place though…. Arrived while cops were arresting people, clerk in a bad mood, room dirty, no fridge, small and smelly. Homeless right outside of the door, they just camp there and I guess use the facilities of the hotel. Bad, deserted area. And still $120 (decent hotels are only $20-30 more).
