There was no TV in the room. There was hole where the TV used to be. Not sure if the TV was stolen by prior guest or was being replaced. No fridge or microwave either. Literally 2 bars of soap and towels. The front desk offered a small refund of price but I never received it. Not a good stay and the staff and morning manager did not express a true apology. Not going back there.

The room was in good condition, amenities standard. only issue was room card machine was down Friday and Saturday so I had to be let into my room by hotel staff. slightly incovenient

The key thing took over a week to fix. Everyone had to have an employee open their doors for them every time they wanted inside their rooms. Took 11 days to fix. The staff are great!! Pool & jacuzzi clean. My new room downstairs is much better!
