The room was not clean especially the floors, you clearly could see they had not even been mopped. And the bathtub still had hairs from previous users.

the motel was very accommodating with my late arrival due to delayed flight. i just needed a place to crash bc i cannot see to drive at night. but i had a hard time falling asleep on the uncomfortable pillows and was completely grossed out when i woke up to 5-6 flies in the room despite no open windows.

I was able to park my car just a few steps from the door to my room. Parking is free, which is appreciated because a lot of places in the Palm Springs area are now charging for parking. The staff was excellent. They took care of our needs. I was nervous with the Air Conditioning upon checking in. However, I was wrong. The room cooled down fast and was always very comfortable. We were assigned a partially handicap room (room 106). It was very spacious and had very comfortable beds. I will say that the Wi-Fi was a little bit slow but worked 24/7. I cannot complain about anything for the price we paid for the room. The hotel may be a few more minutes away from Downtown Palm Springs, but it is so worth the drive for the cleanliness, service and price.

Absolutely disgusting! The rooms, the area, the front desk. Everything was absolutely gross. The lady at the front when checking in was nice. That was the only pleasant thing about our stay.

The rooms are not cleaned. Properly. Phones didn’t work ice machine was broken. The property was filthy smell like urine and the manager that carries a clipboard was incredibly rude with a very bad disposition.
