Check in staff not very engaging. Eating and hardly speaking. No cover showing temperature setting on room AC and Heat. Just a dial. Ceiling plaster cracked and needs attention, falling. Guests don’t seem to have respect for others. Yelling outside your door to others or loudly walking outside and above room.

The homeless folks were regularly removed from the property! It did take a while to cleanup the blood outside the front office, but it was dark outside and there was a lot of it. I noticed some of the rooms were updated, but not mine. The view was nice, the shower had great pressure and temperature. I slept very comfortably. The pool was also very nice. All in all, the property was well maintained for the budget friendly price.

Did not clean room when asked. Didn’t give us enough towels. Bad mattress in bed by the window. Fell on the floor trying to get out of bed. Just slid out. First time we have ever had a bad experience there. When checking in you should be given the rules.
