Welcome to this stunning mid century brand new 4 bedroom home located just minutes from downtown Palm Springs! A true playground under the sun which is situated in a neighborhood associated with hollywoods biggest stars located within the world famous Racquet Club West community. As you walk into this beautiful home you will take in the wonderful architecture and clean lines. The home boasts a spacious 2200 sq feet of living space situated on an almost 3/4 acre lot! The views of the San Jacinto mountains from the backyard are second to none. The house is fully furnished with the utmost accommodations and resources! The house has four bedrooms. Two bedrooms are master suites which include king size beds, televisions and a full bathroom. The remaining two rooms have king beds, televisions, and share a full bathroom. The outdoor living area is like no other. As you exit the sliding doors from the living area as well as the bedrooms, the views of the mountains simply overwhelm you. Great for families with teens!

We had a great time at this property. The amenities were excellent for the whole family. At this price point I would have expected better pots and pans, linen, and overall cleanliness. The cleanliness was the biggest issue. Surfaces were wiped down, but drawers had the previous occupants food crumbs, handles felt grimy, and everything had a layer of dust. A couple soap dispensers were watered down (looked like “potion” my daughter makes out of mixing soaps and water). I brought this up to the host and he promptly delivered brand new soap! Overall it was a good experience and I appreciated the host’s quick communication
