Modern Townhouse in Palm Springs

This is a quiet development and every unit is set for utmost privacy. If you like lots of sunlight and the feel of open space you will find our condo is just the place. We have a small but tranquil outdoor space for relaxing and dining.
Spacious two story 1387 sq.ft. modern design condo. There are two large bedrooms with ensuite baths with a loft and laundry upstairs and a very private outdoor sitting area between the bedrooms. Both bedrooms have 55" plus televisions that are up for multiple steaming platforms.

The first floor has an amazing two+ story open space in the dining area, full kitchen, living area with a 60+" tv. All windows have a view of the San Jacinto mountain range. A private covered eating area with a new Weber grill and sitting area are right outside the living area. A half bath, storage closet, and entry to the garage complete the space.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.
