Easy Access: Enter through the front door keypad. Your personalized code will be presented at check in.

Pool Heating:
• Heated March–October at no additional cost.
• Can be heated November–February for $150/night.

Spa Access:
The spa heats quickly and is available year round at no extra charge.

Pool Maintenance:
Takes place Mondays and Thursdays between 9–11 A and lasts about 15–20 minutes. The technician enters through the side gate and works quietly without loud equipment.

Gardening Service:
Scheduled for every other Friday morning and lasts about 30 minutes. The gardener also enters through the side gate and is respectful of guest privacy.

Trash Service:
Friday morning walkup service is provided, so there is no need to roll bins to the curb.

Early Check In/Late Check Out:
We do our best to accommodate when possible. Additional fees may apply.

Palm Springs Vacation Rental Requirements:
As a licensed rental, we follow all city regulations outlined in the Good Neighbor Brochure, including:
• Maximum 6 overnight guests
• Maximum 3 vehicles on-site
• No parties
• No outdoor music
• Hotel tax collection
• The primary renter be 25+ must sign the rental contract.

Noise Regulations:
By city law, no music can be audible outside the property at any time, and no noise audible outside after 10 PM. The home includes NoiseAware, which monitors outdoor decibel levels (privacy safe) to help prevent fines and neighborhood disturbances.

Vehicle Limit:
A maximum of 3 vehicles is allowed at the house at any time, per city regulations.

Long Term Stay Discounts:
We offer weekly and monthly discounts—great for extended vacations, holiday stays, or winter getaways. Feel free to ask for more details!

Please inquire if you would like to bring a pet. Fees may apply.
