It boasts beautifully landscaped grounds with a newly installed saltwater pool and spa, as well as updated air conditioning and stainless-steel appliances. The second bedroom has been converted into a den but is still furnished with a sofa bed and privacy curtains. Enjoy the peace and happiness that this beautiful Palm Springs location provides while you relax in style.

Condo is walkable to good places

The condo is in a well kept 50 year old development convenient to coffee, design shops and restaurants. Although closet space was ample, we missed having a bureau or shelving for folded clothes (closet shelving was full of bedding and towels). The unit is close to the pool and spa in the complex. There were a few communication snafus initially but all issues were resolved in a timely way. Overall, it's a nice place with its proximity to nice parts of Palm Springs being the most valued feature.
