Located in the Little Beverly Hills neighborhood of Palm Springs, this home is located conveniently near parks, golf courses, pickleball courts, restaurants, stores, and more. Enjoy dinners al fresco on the large covered patio and mountain sunset views. William Krisel designed.

The home was designed in 1958 by William Krisel and built by Alexander Construction and lovingly restored in 2024. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, with a large and private back yard oasis. The back yard features a secluded swimming pool, spa, and gas fire pit fit for outdoor entertaining and relaxation. The home features a beautifully designed living room with TV, Sonos sound system, and gas fireplace. The dining room and kitchen overlook the pool and feature top of the line appliances equipped for a chef. The bedrooms are spacious.

Enjoy a sunset over the mountains while sitting in the spa, dinner al fresco on the covered patio, a game of pickleball at the nearby park, or ride the (2) provided bikes to your favorite nearby boutique.
