Pool/Spa Heating: Optional swimming pool heating is available for $60 per night. Please request pool heating in advance so arrangements can be made for your stay.

Occupancy: The home accommodates a maximum of six adults, plus up to two additional children under the age of 12, for a total maximum occupancy of eight guests.
