The bed frames were not dusted or cleaned even the tables, sink in the restroom, everything in the room was dusty (carpet, baseboards, everything.) The shower didn’t work properly. I took a cold shower this morning because the hot water wasn’t strong as the cold water in the shower, the shower knob seemed broken and water pressure is weak once I turned to hot water. Also. The elevator was making weird noises. Will not be staying here again ever, can I have my refund back?
