With over 1100 sq ft of inviting space, it's the perfect setting for a romantic getaway or a family trip with a perfectly sized pool for summer breaks or holiday vacations. Situated just East of Downtown Palm Springs, the home offers both seclusion and convenience, with nearby shopping centers and everyday necessities at your fingertips.
Please note that while the home is exclusively yours, there is an unoccupied owner's suite that is locked off and separate from the guest area.
While the home is not in the direct flight path, occasional airport noise may be heard. Palm Springs International Airport is centrally located, making some level of aircraft noise common throughout the city. Guests who are sensitive to sound should keep this in mind when booking.
POOL HEAT: Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
-November–March: $75/night
-April, May, October: $50/night
-Not needed in other months
For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.
Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.
