Our Colorful Kaleidoscope home is located just east of Ruth Hardy Park making it a perfect destination for families and couples alike. With such close proximity to the park, puts you in a super convenient location to the Downtown Palm Springs area. Just a short drive over will put you in the center of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. For avid walkers there are plenty of walking paths and pedestrian friendly spaces that make their way to the city center.

This 3BD/2BA home is vibrant with colorful touches! Modern furnishings paired with Mid-Century inspiration creates a clean and inviting atmosphere. The home allows you to breathe with a nice blend of minimalism and fun. Fully remodeled from its original 1954 frame, it's fresh and new with high end fixtures and touches.

An open backyard space to allow you to entertain your group with covered dining to escape the sun and all amenities you hope to find outdoors during your vacation! Pool, Fire Pit, Hot tub and BBQ . . . you have it all.

NOTE: Apologies, but there is no garage access for guests.

POOL HEAT: Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
-November–March: $75/night
-April, May, October: $50/night
-Not needed in other months

For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.

HOT TUB: Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

Additional Policies & Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
-City Ordinance requires guests submit a government-issued ID to Ryson prior to you accessing the rental property.
