Featuring terracotta roofs and the charm of a Spanish villa, the Main House was designed with vaulted ceilings, tiled floors, and expansive picture windows that frame gorgeous vistas. In the living area, lounge on 3 full-length sofas or cozy up to the fireplace on 2 comfy armchairs. French doors throughout provide a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. The natural sunlight at the writer’s desk is ideal for quiet reflection and journaling. Gather for formal meals at the custom, hardwood dining table that seats 10 after crafting gourmet dishes on the kitchen’s spacious granite countertops and top-tier Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. When it’s time to retire, the primary bedroom boasts a comfy king bed, TV, private bathroom, and sitting area. Two guest bedrooms enjoy convenient outdoor access—the first with a double bed and the second with 2 twin beds. Outside, a 10-seat dining table overlooks a European-style fountain from the covered patio, while the pool deck’s 8-seat table offers a sunny brunch spot. Great Property

Lovely house, well laid out with rooms having their own private entrances. A bit of noise from the air ambulance to the hospital nearby, but made up for by the great location and easy access to all parts of the city.

Great location for family vacation- walkable to coffee, restaurants, town. Unique layout of home- one primary suite, plus two Jack n Jill sets of 2br/bath. No interior hallways though, so tough to hang out after putting kids to bed at night. No window screens- got a few mosquito bites. Well equipped kitchen and lovely pool area. Hospital wasn’t as noisy as expected.

The house really is gorgeous, perfect for a larger group that wants some private space but tons of communal area, too. The backyard is the best feature, with the gorgeous pool and mountain view behind. Communication for early check-in was a bit confusing, it seemed the ground team wasn't in touch with what the office was telling us was possible to come early, but I did appreciate communication/attention when we had an issue with one of the showers. We also saw a bunch of cockroaches during our stay in multiple rooms (the house was very clean when we got there, but I assume there being many entrances into each room from outside has something to do with this), and overhead noise from helicopters landing at hospital across the street was particularly bad one of our nights. All that aside, would likely still stay again and recommend, just knowing those caveats.

Beautiful relaxing property!

Was a beautiful weekend with 8 friends. Lots of cooking in the well stocked kitchen. Layout of house allowed for great privacy. Pool was cared for amidst being soiled due to wind storms. Random encounter with contractor/ gardener walking into backyard in the middle of our stay but quick response from property manager acknowledging legitimacy. No major issues. Lovely stay. Water and pressure in middle Jack/Jill bathroom is very low. Would come back!

Perfect house for our family

We loved everything about this house and it was perfect for our group of 9 this Thanksgiving. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces and spent a lot of time lounging by the pool and dining Al fresco. We also loved keeping all of the doors open to bring the outdoors inside most of the day. We had plenty of room to spread out between our 3 families, including 3 children of various ages. The property manager was very responsive to all requests and we had no issues. We highly recommend this property.

Nice getaway during Coachella

The house and the location were amazing! It was perfect for our group of 10. Walking distance from downtown and minutes from our fave coffee spot, Ernest Coffee. We stayed there during Coachella. It's was a 7 min walk to the nearest shuttle stop and was super easy and convenient. Although it was 45 min from Indio, it felt like a nice getaway before and after the festival. I would highly recommend and can't wait to stay here again!

Twins 50th Bday

Perfect stay for a group of 9 women with large outdoor and indoor table for big meals. Wonderful kitchen for preparation of meals. Everything you need is there. The pool and hot tub were warm/hot respectively and plenty of hang out furniture poolside and chairs to gather around the fire pit into the evening. Comfortable and clean rooms. Truly the best place for this celebration. The history of the home makes it even more special. Book it; you cannot not love it!
