This picturesque 3rd-floor condo with post-card mountain views in South Palm Springs will not be available for very long! Located in the highly sought-after Biltmore Phase II complex, this bright and spacious end unit offers comfort, convenience, and some of the most stunning views Palm Springs offers.

The condo features a rare split floor plan for privacy, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom includes a Queen-sized bed, large closets with an upgraded closet rod and rack system, and an ensuite bathroom with a standalone shower. The second bedroom also has a Queen-sized bed, large screen TV, and a large closet with plenty of storage. The second bathroom offers a shower/tub combination.
