Nice property. A bit on the older side but very clean. It is located in a very nice, safe, and convenient location in Palm Desert right off the 111. There is food and groceries within walking distance. Parking was very easy. The hotel staff at this hotel are excellent. We had very noisy neighbors and the hotel staff took care of it immediately and helped move my elderly parents to a new room. Excellent customer service!

The room was so musty and smelled terrible. Could not stay there. Other rooms were worse and one smelled like smoke. Jonathan was great trying to accommodate, but all the rooms left were all bad. I stayed here before on 3rd floor no issue with room.

The maintenance staff is either understaffed or overwhelmed. I rented a suite for 3 nights. First there was no hot water, so cold water shower the first morning, I was advised the tankless water heater needed 10 minutes to get up to temp, this is not what tankless heaters are designed for. Next, after changing suites the AC unit leaked into the suite, I was told the compressor froze which caused the leak and puddle in the suite, ac systems should shut off if the compressor freezes, this did not occur because the unit still supplied cold air, I surmise the evaporator catch tray either clogged or leaked causing the leak. The final room was fine.
