This was a pleasant surprise compared to staying at a casino in Vegas. The rooms had nice amenities and a refrigerator which was great. A comfortable bed and good dining options. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly too.

I liked that the casino wasn’t over run with under 21 yr olds. I’m glad that Agua Caliente has set the age of entry for casino at 21 yrs of age. I didn’t see any big winners so that was a concern but overall, it was a nice stay.

Top-Notch Hospitality & Comfort – We’ll Be Back!

My friends and I had an exceptional experience! From Gume and Richard who brought us our bags to David the doorman, Deanna the hostess at Waters Cafe and Bianca at the Sec-he Spa, every staff member we encountered went above and beyond with their service. The room was clean, comfortable and the bathroom had everything you could ask for - including a soaking bathtub. We will definitely be back again!
