We had a fantastic stay at Agua Caliente Casino. The food was great, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the spa and pool areas were absolutely amazing. Everything was clean, relaxing, and well-maintained. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!

We had bed bugs in our bed, i was bitten on both arms, we informed the hotel they took our statements, got checked out by paramedics Rhe hotel said we needed to get with you to get a refund for having to share our room with bed bugs, they are returning our resort fee & breakfast
