My new favorite hotel in Palm Springs! Came here twice in a 3 month span… that’s how much of an impression it made. The rooms are extremely cute and cleanly. The property has everything you could want; a pool/bar/restaurant/coffee shop. Easiest parking, SWEETEST most HELPFUL STAFF. All around amazing experience. Can’t wait to come back every summer!

We had an excellent time at Arrive Palm Springs! We went for a girl weekend over Labor Day and had a blast! The hotel is in a perfect location and check in was super easy. The pool and hot tub are wonderful we went every day! The rooms were so cute and comfortable! Great beds and very quiet! They had fun activities every day and we could text whenever we needed anything! Super recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The pool area was lots of fun. The cheeseburger was one of the best I've had (I am a chef and it is difficult to find a good burger, let alone a GREAT burger) Some notes (aka my two cents): As spacious as the rooms are, please consider a closet/wardrobe/dresser. The hanging rack with 5 hangers just isn't sufficient). The bathroom was lovely, but the water pressure was terrible (a lot of limescale build up on the faucet and shower head, which might be the cause of the weak shower; might want to start a monthly/quartely maintenance program to de-scale). As big as that gorgeous walk-in shower was, one or two shelves would have been great to stack shower toiletries. The shower was so big, a bench or removable shower chair/stool would have made it an exceptional bathing experience. The towels were fantastic and the steaming iron was a thoughtful, original touch (I've never seen one provided in a hotel!) My friend had an accessibile room and would have loved a full-length mirror. Well done to you and your staff!

Everything was great and we had a really good time, except the pool wasn’t very clean, it was dusty, and the deepest part was still quite shallow. I wish they would take better care of the pool; otherwise, everything else was wonderful.

The property is beautiful and well-designed. The rooms are spacious and large. However, a fire alarm went off in the area and was very loud. The power in our room went out three times, causing the refrigerator to leak. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the overall stay was a disappointment.
