The house was comfortable and well equipped. Hosts were pleasant to work with. For a long term stay, such as our one month stay, they could provide better storage space in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Pool arrangements were not as expected. The community pool across the street was not heated, though we were told it was. We had to drive to a pool open to the whole community which sometimes was not good for lap swimming (kids monopolizing pool with toys, etc) and the last 3 days its heater was broken. For this reason we would make the rating 4, not 5. But it is a nice quiet neighborhood and a good house when the nearby pool is heated. Or if guests don’t care about swimming. For families, there is not really an outdoor play space. A nice small patio with furniture though. There is a good park down Washington Street about a mile, but not much outside room for kids to play at the house.
