The Space:
Stay in the heart of Palm Desert, a short drive from an abundance of shops and great restaurants! This 2BR villa is located in the highly desirable Palm Desert Resort Country Club with a multitude of amenities such as golf, tennis, picklball and swimming. The spacious living room has a comfortable sofa and a large Smart TV. Open the sliders off of the living room to encompassing golf course views with a majestic mountain backdrop. The patio has outdoor lounge furniture as well as a 4 burner propane grill. The kitchen area has a sizable bar with beautiful granite countertops, perfect for entertaining, and is fully stocked with everything needed for a weekend getaway or extended stay! The primary bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed, smart TV, and access to the patio space, as well as an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is also outfitted with a queen size bed and TV. The guest bathroom is located in the hallway and has a tub/shower. There is covered car-port parking for one vehicle and guests have full exclusive access to the washer/dryer.

The Neighborhood:
Palm Desert Resort Country Club AKA "The Resorter" is a gated community that is home to a 18-hold championship golf course as well as 20 community pools/spas, tennis courts, pickle ball courts. Guests have full access to these amenities as well as access to the clubhouse, restaurant, cafe, bar, and pro shop. The community's central location makes it easy to explore the entire Coachella Valley from La Quinta to Palm Springs. Less than 1 hour drive to Joshua Tree National Park!
