Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.
★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★
There is no private pool at the home, but guests have resort access to the community pool and spa, just steps away and at no extra charge. Hours are generally 8:00am to 10:00pm - the HOA can adjust these, so please check the times posted at the pool during your stay.
★ What are the additional fees? ★
Dogs are $150 per pet. Resort access, including the pool and spa, is included at no extra cost.
★ What is the parking situation? ★
There is parking for two vehicles. The HOA does not allow street parking in the community, and violations risk a $200 fine as well as towing, which guests are liable for.
★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★
Yes - up to two dogs of 35 lbs or under are welcome for a $150 fee per pet. We kindly ask that they are kept off the beds and furniture. If pet hair is found on a bed, a $150 additional cleaning fee applies per bed.
★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★
Yes - community quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★
We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.
★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★
Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.
★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★
No. This is a residential resort community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.
★ What supplies are provided? ★
We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.
Please note that the home is not suitable for infants under 2 years old.
