30-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY

Sea Colony requires a minimum 30-night stay. Per HOA requirements, all guests must also complete a short application.

Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.

Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.

Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (6).

Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping.
