**RENTAL AGREEMENT**



After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a rental agreement electronically through our property management system. The agreement must be signed before check-in instructions and property access information can be provided.



**GATED COMMUNITY & VEHICLE REGISTRATION**



Cinnamon Beach is a gated community. Advance registration is required for all vehicles and drivers entering the property.



Before arrival, guests must provide:



- Driver's license information for each driver

- License plate number for each vehicle



Our management team will coordinate registration and provide vehicle passes and gate access instructions before check-in.

Please submit the required information promptly through our designated secure registration process to avoid delays at the security gate.



**PETS**



This condominium is pet-friendly, subject to community association rules and restrictions.



- Pet fee: $100 per pet, per stay, plus applicable tax.

Please include your pets in your reservation, or contact us if you need to add a pet after booking. Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture.



**COMMUNITY RULES & SAFETY**



All guests must follow Cinnamon Beach condominium association regulations, including parking, pool use, beach access, and shared-facility rules.

Community amenities may be unavailable due to maintenance, seasonal schedules, or other restrictions.

Children must be appropriately supervised in pool and recreational areas.



**BEACH & DUNE PROTECTION**



Please use designated beach walkovers and do not walk on or disturb protected dunes.

During sea turtle nesting season, generally May through October, please respect marked nesting areas, avoid disturbing turtles or nests, and minimize beachfront lighting.



**HOUSE RULES**



- No smoking inside the condominium.

- No parties or unauthorized events.

- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
