Step into our recently purchased slice of heaven! A bright, open-concept retreat where the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly. We have a fully stocked, chef-friendly kitchen, recently renovated living room with breathtaking ocean views or unwind with a favorite movie on the smart TV with complimentary streaming apps and all new bedrooms for a clean, relaxing vacation.

After a day at the beach or lounging by the pools, retreat to the large Master Suite, where panoramic ocean views and a plush king bed promise restful sleep. The second bedroom also features a luxurious king bed and the third bedroom offers a bunk bed with full and twin mattresses, making it perfect for kids or extra guests. The room with the bunk bed comes with numerous children's books with ocean-theming for toddlers up to elementary school. We designed this room with our own kids in mind!

Each bedroom is equipped with its own Smart TV for private downtime, again with complimentary streaming. As a family we fully equipped the in-unit washer and dryer keep vacation packing simple. There are basic supplies for your use, from detergent to stain remover. It also comes with an iron and ironing board.

The bathrooms are very well-equipped and include travel-sized, spa-quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash from our personal favourite, Aveda.

We are a young family, and therefore the unit comes complete with easy-to-carry beach chairs, basic beach toys, lots of family boardgames for a wide age-range and even some small crafts. We have a Chicco child seat for the dining table/floor and a Baby Bjorn Pack-N-Play! There are beach totes and ample towels for your use, too.

The 2.5 miles of soft cinnamon-colored sand that feels almost private to the community’s guests, while the tide can change the landscape, our family has always enjoyed it, from boogie-boarding to shell-hunting. Again, our unit comes with 4 beach chairs, beach toys and towels, so everything you need to enjoy.

Our family enjoys St. Augustine and Flagler Beach, both a short drive away...but we also LOVE the fact Disney World and Universal are easily drivable for the day, too. So whether planned or spontaneous, this is an ideal location for any vacation.



A car is recommended to fully enjoy Palm Coast and nearby cities like St. Augustine and Daytona. The community has plenty of free, open parking for all registered guests — no assigned spots and no parking permits required. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft, as well as local taxi and shuttle services, are available for airport transfers or short trips.

Important: A signed Rental Agreement & government-issued photo ID are required after booking.
We require you to complete our Pre-Arrival form, which must include the names of all guests in your booking party, prior to your stay.
Your government-issued photo ID is required at the gate to the property.
House Rules: No parties, no smoking or vaping inside or on balconies, and no unauthorized pets.
Fees: $500 per unauthorized pet or smoking remediation, $150/person/day over occupancy, $100/hr for unapproved late checkout (minimum one night’s stay if past 10AM).
Additional charges may apply for damages, excessive cleaning, odor removal, or tampering with safety equipment. Early check-in/late check-out requests must be approved in advance and are subject to availability and fee.
