We stayed here because our previous hotel was cancelled and this is where they moved us to. The hotel was awful. Door to the room was stiff and almost broken, the shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold (no inbetween), and the staff refused to help with my dietary requirements for breakfast, even though I’d messaged almost a week in advance. When I asked if they’d just grab me some oat milk so I could have a coffee it was just met with a no. Something so simple could’ve made me feel so much more accommodated.

Everything in the room felt wet as if they never dried it fully. The issue is humidity because even our clothing ended up feeling the same way. Definitely a dated hotel in need of repairs and upgrades.

I got there at 2:00 p.m. and I was a little disappointed that my room wasn't ready until 3:00, but that's on me. Still, it would have been nice to get in a little early. I took a picture of my ID and gave my credit card information for incidentals online but yet they asked me for all that information again at the front desk. Why did I do it online? The front desk guy could have been a little bit more happy but who's to say? It's just an okay hotel and everything is old and kind of run down. Lastly, I was disappointed because breakfast started at 7:00 and I was long gone by then. I paid less than $100 for the night so you get what you paid for but I was expecting a little better.

It was only one night and will never stay at tgis property again. Needs a lot of help, very warn down, dirty, smells of smoke in room, mildew in the rest room. Definitely will not recommend to friends and family.
