We arrived about ninety minutes before the official check in time. The parking area was empty and the hotel lobby was deserted. When I asked the woman at the front desk if we could check in, she said because we hadn’t paid an early check-in fee. She was not the least bit friendly or welcoming. I am a frequent traveler and have stayed at hotels all over the world and have never been treated this rudely before.

Very clean rooms and lobby, I gave 3 stars only because our room was very dated, definitely needs and upgrade/remodel. But the staff was pleasant and gave immediate attention when i called for an extra blanket

Had an issue with our room smelling funny from the a/c unit. Guest services were very accommodating in changing our room for us! Breakfast was meh. Tons of parking in a safe area with plenty of food options within walking distance.
