The staff is amazing kind gracious and so helpful. From the limo service to the front desk and cleaning staff all are amazing individuals who make your stay enjoyable. The hotel is spotless the food excellent. What turned out to be a horrible day with my flights cancelled and no where to go they let me come at 7:30 am sent the van to the airport to pick me up all went above and beyond. I will never forget your kindness !

Staff was very nice. When we got there maintenance had to come attend air conditioning and housekeeping had started refrig defrost and hadn’t finished. We checked in on Tuesday and they didn’t attend to room until Saturday. We understood with Thanksgiving being on Thursday they didn’t do it then but should have on Friday. The rest of the building was well maintained, clean and comfortable.

The staff were very nice. We had to wait a couple hours for our room but we came early. There were ants in the restrooms in the sink and shower but we only stayed a few hours so it wasn't bad
