This Beautiful Lakefront Villa is all waterfront @PGA National - an end unit cottage - all one level - designed in the Florida Villa style with no neighbor next to you. Beautiful coconut palm trees are planted in the large side yard right outside the rear and the left sides of the house.

One of only THREE properties that have DOUBLE PATIOS!! Two sets of sliding glass doors give you cool cross breezes and easy access to the wraparound patio that is a private space for you to enjoy, sit and relax as you overlook the PGA national resort across the lake right out front.

Very comfortable and convenient if you are visiting anyone who lives within PGA! Really nice setting and listing was exactly as described.

Nice, clean, great location!

Very nice home in the PGA golf course community on a nice lake. Quiet, secure and serene. Accommodations were beautiful, however I would have been nervous with small children being around all the owner’s treasures. Fortunately it was just the wife and I so it wasn’t an issue. Guest closet was a little tight for space with the owner items stored there.
