Disappointed.. electrical work at the hotel . Said power was going to be off for 15 minutes . This is not true now saying 1 hr to 1 hr 30 so check out early as there’s no electricity . They only informed me this at 9 am ! Not acceptable whatsoever how can you plan for breakfast and shower etc when there’s no electricity

Flawless Customer Service

My stay was the best stay I've had at a hotel in years. You definitely set the standard for customer satisfaction. From check-in to check-out was very easy. The front desk staff was very accommodating. I needed a key to be ready for my friend that was coming in the middle of the night from a 31/2 hour drive after getting off a flight from New York. I believe Warren was working that night and assured me that he will make sure my friend gets the key and he did. I also had a package delivered that night as well and the front desk staff held in on to it and made sure that I got it when I checked out. Talk about going above and beyond. Thank you for treating me like a person and not just a number. I will definitely use this hotel again no matter where I go.
