On the ground floor, the living areas are well arranged: a fully equipped separate kitchen (filter coffee maker and Senseo machine), a living room with dining area and lounge centred around the fireplace, as well as a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, the sleeping area includes: - One bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed and a baby cot - One bedroom with two single beds A layout suitable for both children and adults. Outside, the enclosed private garden is ideal for enjoying sunny days. At the rear, a covered terrace provides a sheltered space for meals, while the lawn, with trees and flowers, creates a pleasant setting.
